At Zelix Automotives, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products with care. While most orders reach customers in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occur.
Please review our policy below for returns, replacements, and store credits.
1. Transit Damage Replacements
We offer free replacements for products damaged during shipping, subject to the following terms:
Report within 2 days of receiving the order.
Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Must provide:
A clear unboxing video showing the product being opened.
Photos of the damaged item, shipping box, and shipping label.
Email us at info.zelix@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and the required proof. Once verified, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
2. Wrong Product / Defective Item
If you receive a wrong product or one that is defective (not due to transit damage), we’re happy to replace it.
Report within 2 days of delivery.
Must include an unboxing video and photos as proof.
Replacement will be shipped once proof is verified.
3. Product Doesn’t Fit Your Car?
We understand that sometimes, despite best efforts, a part may not fit your vehicle.
In such cases:
We’ll accept a return and issue store credit for the full product value.
Customers must bear the return shipping costs.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 2 days.
Store credit can be used for any future purchase from our store.
4. Exclusions :
We do not accept returns or offer replacements for:
Products that are used or damaged due to incorrect installation
Items with unauthorized modifications
Return requests made after the allowed time window
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. All eligible issues will be resolved via replacements or store credit only.
