Replacements Policy
At Zelix Automotives, we take great care to ensure that our products are delivered to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of transit damage, we offer a replacement under the following terms:

Eligibility for Replacement
- Only products damaged during transit are eligible for replacement.
- The damage must be reported within 5 Days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of Damage
- An unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product is mandatory as proof.
- Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging (including the shipping label) must also be provided.

Conditions for Replacement Approval
- Replacements will be processed only after verification of the submitted proof.
- If the required proof is not provided, we may be unable to process your request.

Shipping Costs
- If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

Exclusions
- This policy does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or issues unrelated to transit.
